Situated in a well-established plaza along Malden Rd. in LaSalle Ontario resides a hidden gem. Kava Café and Bakery owners envisioned a space that speaks to the quality of their passions. Coffee + confection. In that light, a well-strategized plan was conceived that lent itself to this flagship space, serving as a future distribution center for subsequent locations. The unique shape floor plan was centered around a baking master piece of engineering; a state-of-the-art steam oven from Italy. This stainless steel beauty was immediately positioned to be celebrated as its endlessly utilized throughout the day. The end result is one’s passion to create a Parisian boulangerie that backdrops the owner’s innovative affinity for bringing people together in conversation, through coffee + confection.
